BETHANY'S FUNDRAISING FILM

so that you can watch my 'Smile' video which I made for
Martin House Children's Hospice.

Thank you to everyone who either took part or helped out on my 10k sponsored walk which I named The Walk Of Smiles 2011. I hope you can all join in the next one which I have planned for Saturday 8th September 2012 as my walk is now getting to be an annual event!

Mr Ben Model from Silent Clowns in New York, USA was very kind and generous and actually wrote me my own piano score to play along with my film.  I will always feel extremely honoured that he took the time to do this for both me and Martin House. You can watch this film below.

However, the main inspiration for me to make my film in the first place all came from Charlie Chaplin's song 'Smile'. My whole film was made to fit around the words of the song and hopefully hit the correct emotions. I know I am not going to be a Film Director but I really did enjoy creating my project and I hope you enjoy watching it too!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated to Martin House Children’s Hospice since watching my film. Even when my film was silent I received donations and support, not just from the UK,  but from all over the world - especially America and Germany–not to mention very kind people from many other countries including Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Poland, China, Pakistan – amazing! 

There are lots of lovely people in the World!

I would also like to thank all the Michael Jackson fans who have sent me such wonderful comments and made very generous donations to Martin House.

Please can I finally say a very big thank you to Mr Ernest Jennings, founder of the Charlie Chaplin Foundation for inviting me along to speak at his Probus Club Meetings and Silent Film Evenings where I was able to inspire members to donate to Martin House Children's Hospice. Also for the sponsorship money which he collected for my "Walk Of Smiles" which he placed on my Just Giving page.

The biggest and most sincere THANK YOU goes to Mr Charlie Chaplin for his inspiration, he now holds a very big and special place in my heart - and so do his family!!!!
